Licence

For Swifta Systems packs, published by Bailey Branding (ABN 68 546 591 446). Last updated 13 October 2026.

In four lines

  • Use the pack in your own business or in your agency's client accounts.
  • Share it unmodified if you like. Our links travel with it, and that is fine by us.
  • Do not sell it, and do not strip the credits or the links.
  • Faults are fixed or refunded under the Australian Consumer Law. There are no change-of-mind refunds once your snapshot link has been issued.

The rest of this page is the same thing in more detail.

1. What you are licensed to do

When you buy a pack, or receive one from someone who bought it, Bailey Branding gives you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to:

  • import the pack into HighLevel sub-accounts that you own, or that you manage for your clients as their agency, with no limit on the number of accounts;
  • use everything in it (the agent, workflows, calendar, pages, custom values, prompts and documents) to run your business or your clients' businesses;
  • edit anything inside your own accounts to suit the business using it: prompts, hours, wording, workflows, pages;
  • charge your clients for your own time setting it up, tuning it and running it;
  • pass on the snapshot link, as issued, to anyone you like.

2. What you may not do

  • Sell the pack itself. You may not charge anyone for the pack, the snapshot, the link or any copy of them, whether on its own, inside a bundle, a course, a membership, a marketplace listing or a "done for you" product that is really the pack renamed.
  • Redistribute a changed version. If you share it, share our link. Do not re-snapshot the pack, or a modified version of it, and share or sell that.
  • Strip the credits or the links. The Start here page, the credit line, the version line and the Swifta Systems links in the custom values stay in any copy you pass on. In your own account you may hide the Start here page from your clients if you prefer, but you may not remove the credits from a copy you share.
  • Claim it as your own. You may not present the pack as your own creation, register it, or use the Swifta Systems or Bailey Branding names and logos as if they were yours.
  • Work around the protection. Some assets are protected in HighLevel so that they cannot be copied into other snapshots. Do not try to get around that.
  • Use it unlawfully. No unlawful, misleading or harassing calls or texts, no impersonation of a person, no collection of health or other sensitive information through the agent, and no removal of the recording notice and AI disclosure from the greeting.

3. Why sharing is allowed

We would rather the pack travelled than sat still. Every copy carries the Start here page with our guide, our setup assistant and our links, so a second-hand recipient still finds their way to us. The licence they receive is this one, with the same rights and the same limits.

4. Ownership

The pack, its prompts, workflows, pages, documents and videos are owned by Bailey Branding and protected by copyright. The licence gives you the right to use them. It does not transfer ownership. HighLevel, its platform and its marks belong to HighLevel, Inc. Swifta Systems is an independent affiliate of HighLevel, not HighLevel.

5. Versions and updates

A pack version is frozen when it is released. HighLevel does not push snapshot updates to accounts that have already imported one, so an update is a new version that we share deliberately, by email to buyers and on the Start here page. We are not obliged to release updates. When we do, they come under this licence.

6. No warranty beyond the law

The pack is supplied with the guarantees the Australian Consumer Law gives you, which cannot be excluded, and nothing in this licence limits them. Beyond those guarantees, the pack is supplied as described on its product page. It runs inside HighLevel, which we do not control, and it is used under your instructions, which we do not see. You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your calls, texts and customer data.

7. Ending the licence

If you break this licence we may end it by email, and you must stop using and sharing the pack. Your clients' accounts that already run it are not affected. Sections 2, 4 and 6 continue after the licence ends.
