Terms of sale

Swifta Systems packs and services are sold by Bailey Branding. Last updated 13 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Swifta Systems is a product range of Bailey Branding. Bailey Branding is the trading name of Edward Bailey, a sole trader registered in Australia (ABN 68 546 591 446), based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Bailey Branding, and "you" means the person or business buying from us.

We are an independent affiliate of HighLevel. We are not HighLevel, and HighLevel has not reviewed or endorsed our packs. We may earn a commission if you start a HighLevel account or add-on through one of our links. That is disclosed wherever such a link appears, and it costs you nothing extra.

We are an Australian business and are not connected with Swifta Systems and Services of Lagos, Nigeria, or any other business using a similar name.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you buy anything from swiftasystems.com or through our checkout: snapshot packs, the Library, and our setup and support services. By placing an order you agree to these terms, the Licence, the Refund policy, the Support statement and the Privacy policy. If a service has its own page with extra conditions, those conditions apply as well.

3. What a pack is

A pack is a pre-built set of HighLevel assets, for example an AI agent, workflows, a calendar, custom values and a Start here page, delivered as a HighLevel snapshot. You import it into a HighLevel account that you own or manage. The product page for each pack describes what is inside it and what is not.

To use a pack you need:

  • a HighLevel account on any plan, held by you or by the agency that manages your account;
  • for the AI Receptionist pack, an Australian mobile number and AI call minutes bought from HighLevel, which charges you directly for them;
  • the documents HighLevel asks for before it will issue an Australian number (at the time of writing: an ABN extract, proof of address and photo ID).

If you do not have a HighLevel account, you can start one through our link. HighLevel offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, plans start from US$97 a month, billed monthly by HighLevel, and you can cancel at any time in your HighLevel account settings. Those prices are HighLevel's and can change without notice to us.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Australian dollars and are shown on the product page and at checkout. The price shown is the full amount you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. We accept the cards Stripe offers at checkout. We never see your full card number.
  • Your card statement will show BAILEY BRANDING.
  • HighLevel plan fees, phone numbers, call and text charges and AI usage are separate. HighLevel sets them and bills them to your account. They are not included in the price of a pack.

5. Delivery

  • A pack is delivered as a snapshot share link. The link appears on the thank-you page as soon as your payment succeeds, and is emailed to the address you entered at checkout together with the install video and the Start here steps.
  • If the email has not arrived within 15 minutes, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] and we will resend it.
  • The link is permanent. You can import the pack again into any account you are entitled to use under the Licence.
  • Delivery is complete when the link has been issued. Importing the snapshot and setting it up are done by you inside HighLevel, or by us if you buy Set-Up For You.

6. The Licence

Your purchase gives you a licence to use the pack, not ownership of it. The Licence sets out what you can and cannot do. In short: use it in your own business or in your clients' accounts, share it unmodified if you like, do not sell it, and keep the credits and links.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how the pack is used in your account and with your callers and customers, including:

  • keeping the recording notice and the AI disclosure in the agent's greeting;
  • having your own privacy notice and getting the consents the law requires of you, including consent before any marketing text;
  • complying with HighLevel's terms of service and acceptable use policy;
  • the accuracy of the business details you enter and the instructions you give the agent;
  • not using the pack to collect health, financial, government identity or other sensitive information, and not using it in any unlawful, misleading or harassing way.

The compliance checklist in the pack and in the guide is general information to help you meet these responsibilities. It is not legal advice.

8. Consumer guarantees and refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our Refund policy explains how to make a claim and what we do about faults. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a snapshot link has been issued, because a digital product cannot be returned.

9. Services

Set-Up For You, Keep It Running and any custom work are services. Each is described on its own page, including what is included, the price and how it is delivered. Keep It Running is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for. Services carry the consumer guarantees that apply to services under the Australian Consumer Law: due care and skill, fitness for the purpose you told us about, and delivery within a reasonable time.

10. HighLevel and other third parties

The pack runs inside HighLevel. We do not control HighLevel's platform, pricing, availability, feature changes, phone number approvals, AI models or the telecommunications carriers behind it, and we are not responsible for loss caused by them. If HighLevel changes something that stops a pack working as described, we will update the pack where we reasonably can and tell buyers how to get the update.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from a purchase is limited to supplying the product or service again or refunding what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost business, or loss caused by your own use of the pack, your account settings or your failure to comply with the law.

12. Intellectual property

The packs, their prompts, workflows, pages, guides and videos, and this website, are owned by Bailey Branding. HighLevel and its logos belong to HighLevel, Inc. Nothing in a purchase transfers ownership of any of this to you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. The terms that apply to an order are the ones published when you placed it.

14. General

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. The courts of Queensland and the Federal Court of Australia have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we can still enforce it later.
