Swifta Systems, by Bailey Branding (ABN 68 546 591 446). Last updated 13 October 2026.
Swifta Systems is a product range of Bailey Branding, the trading name of Edward Bailey, a sole trader based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. This policy covers swiftasystems.com, our checkout, our emails and texts, our setup assistant, and any call to a Swifta Systems number.
Swifta Systems is an independent affiliate of HighLevel. We are not HighLevel, Inc. and we do not operate the HighLevel platform. If you use HighLevel, HighLevel's own privacy policy governs what it does with your information.
We are a small Australian business and may not be required to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. We follow them anyway, because that is how we want to treat your information.
When you buy from us: your name, email address, business name, the country you are in, whether you already use HighLevel, and your order. Payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card and the card type. We never see or store your full card number.
When you opt in to texts: your mobile number and the fact that you ticked the box.
When you use the website: the pages you visit, how you got there, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel and analytics tools.
When you click one of our affiliate links: HighLevel's affiliate platform sets a cookie in your browser so that it can attribute a later sign-up to us. We receive from HighLevel a notice that a sign-up has been attributed to our link, with limited details about the account such as the plan, the sign-up date and the status of the referral.
When you contact us or use the setup assistant: what you write, your contact details and, for the assistant, the conversation itself. The setup assistant is an AI chatbot. Please do not give it passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information. People review assistant conversations to find questions it could not answer.
When you call a Swifta Systems number: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and what is said. Our number may be answered by our own AI receptionist, the same product we sell. It tells you it is an AI at the start of the call, and the call is recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a person at any time, and if you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will arrange a call back from a person instead.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use automated decision-making that could significantly affect you.
We use service providers to run the business. They may hold your information on our behalf, and most of them are in the United States:
We take reasonable steps, including the providers' contract terms, to require them to protect your information. We also share information when the law requires it, and we will tell you if we ever sell the business so that your information moves with it.
We do not give your information to HighLevel beyond what is described above. If you start a HighLevel account through our link, you give HighLevel your own information directly, under HighLevel's terms.
We send marketing by email, and by text only if you ticked the box at checkout. Every message says it is from Bailey Branding and has an unsubscribe link or a reply STOP option. Service messages about an order, such as the delivery email and support replies, are not marketing and continue while you have an open order or request.
Our site uses cookies for the checkout to work, for analytics and for advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the checkout may not work without the ones it needs. Meta's pixel is covered by Meta's privacy policy and your Facebook ad settings.
When you install one of our packs, the calls, recordings, transcripts, contacts and bookings it handles are stored in your own HighLevel account. Swifta Systems does not have access to them and does not receive them. You are the organisation collecting that information, and you are responsible for your own privacy notice and for the notices and consents the law requires of you. The install guide includes wording you can use.
Access to our systems needs two-factor authentication and is limited to the people who need it. We keep order records for seven years because tax law requires it. We keep marketing contact details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep call recordings and transcripts from our own number for no longer than twelve months, and setup assistant conversations for no longer than twelve months, unless we need them for an open support case or a dispute.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected]. We will answer within 30 days. We may need to keep some records, such as proof of purchase, where the law requires it.
If you think we have mishandled your information, email [email protected] and we will investigate and reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Our products are for businesses and are not intended for anyone under 18.
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the current version.
